Teena:

Hi!  My name is Teena.  I have lived at Vintage Grace for almost a year now. It has been an absolutely wonderful change in my life.  You can have the country style look and feel yet still be near everything you need for shopping.  Jim and Kathie make sure my life is easy and comfortable. The most wonderful friends you can ask for ... plus my other neighbors are great too!  There are new amenities being added to Vintage Grace and I can't wait.  The first greenhouse is going in this week.  If your looking for a small, quite and beautiful place to live, please check it out. I did! It has been the best thing ever for me.  Retirement is great!

Dennis and Carol:

We have lived full time at Vintage Grace Since February of 2016.  In  2014 we downsized by selling our home in Forney TX with it's 3000 Sqft of living Space and lot size of over an acre.  We wanted to simplify our life and free up some money for travel.  For over a year we lived in our RV while we looked for something we liked and also fit our needs.  Vintage Grace fills the bill.

Vintage Grace is a serene, relaxing place to live.  We enjoy the pastoral setting with pretty ponds and occasional sightings of deer and other wildlife.  The owners live onsite. This is their home also.  We like that, because we believe they will maintain the standards they have set for this community.  We also like that the utility infrastructure with Oncor electric and city water and sewer is brand new and works great.

An amenity not found in most Park Model or Tiny Home Communities is an underground tornado  shelter.  One shelter is installed and more are scheduled as the community grows.  We look forward to the addition of the Community Center which is schedule for this year. The limited number of lots leaves plenty of open space with room for garden plots and walking trails.  We also enjoy the security of living in a gated community.

We highly recommend life at Vintage Grace.

More to come very soon!!

Tonia:

My experience at Vintage Grace has been fabulous so far and I expect it to just keep getting better as we add new members to our community. I spent over 30 years in the business world in a high stress environment with a lot of travel.  I chased the almighty dollar and accumulated a nice, big house filled with a lot of stuff.  At some point, that lifestyle no longer appealed to me.  I started looking for an alternative that would allow me to retire early and begin to really enjoy life.

I was very intrigued by the tiny house movement.  However, I did not want to travel around the country with a tiny house in tow.  As I began to do more research, I found Park Model homes and knew that was exactly what I wanted.

And then I had to find a place to live.  The idea of a RV Park or some of the other options did not appeal to me.  I also did not want to buy a piece of land and where I would be there alone. I wanted a community.  And I found it at Vintage Grace.

I knew it was the place for me immediately.  The first time I turned into the community I felt at peace. Then I met Jim and Kathie!   When I heard their ideas and plans for the community I knew this would be my home.

It is the perfect combination of small town living and close proximity to the city.  I lived in Dallas for almost 30 Years and have many friends there.  I am close enough to head into Dallas to see friends and get my "big city" fix occasionally.  But I am always glad to return home.

The best way that I can sum it up is that I am at peace here.
